Macurco adds Nitrogen Dioxide and Hydrogen Single-Gas Monitors to AimSafety Line
Sioux Falls, SD – January 26th, 2023 – Macurco Inc., a leading developer of gas detection solutions, has announced the addition of Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) and Hydrogen (H2) single-gas monitors to the innovative AimSafety portable gas detection line.
The AimSafety PM100 series consists of maintenance-free, disposable, portable single-gas monitors that protects workers by providing exposure detection for specific gases in hazardous environments. The PM100 operates continuously for two years, monitors ambient air conditions, and provides real-time gas concentrations on an easy-to-read LCD display. A three-tier alarm system warns the user of the presence of unsafe gas levels with audible, visual, and vibrating alarms. The PM100 now has sensor options for Carbon Monoxide (CO), Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), Oxygen (O2), Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Ammonia (NH3), Hydrogen (H2), and Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2).
The addition of single-gas Nitrogen Dioxide and Hydrogen monitors comes from the industry demand for keeping employees safe while in specific applications.
