Sioux Falls, SD – December 2, 2019 – Macurco Gas Detection, a leading developer of gas detection solutions for fire and security, HVAC, industrial, and personal safety announced its new CD-6B Carbon Dioxide Monitor.

The CD-6B is a low voltage monitor that provides three alarm levels with the addition of three relays for controlling external devices to help maintain acceptable levels of Carbon Dioxide in the beverage and food industries, greenhouses, pharmaceutical, and other chemical processing or other commercial applications.
The CD-6B complies with the International Fire Code 5307, which states “Where ventilation is not provided in accordance with Section 5307.3.1, a gas detection system shall be provided in rooms or indoor areas and in below-grade outdoor locations with insulated carbon dioxide systems.”
